PEAK RMA (Returned Material Authorization) support is a service for both channel & end users when their PEAK product(s) needs to be repaired, swapped or other technical services provided directly by PEAKHARDWARE Head Office. They can track their RMA status through the PEAK website. And PEAK member can use this system to list down or track all their RMA data for the last 6 months.
For quick search of RMA, users do not need to login as a PEAK Member to obtain their latest RMA status. The function is available through the RMA No# search function as indicated below.
For end users/non PEAK direct account with faulty issue, it is recommended to contact the store where the product was purchased to make the exchange. The method will be more convenient and time / cost efficient. Only on special occasion, will authorization be granted for repair / swap with PEAK directly. Please check PEAK special RMA policy and relative product statement for more details.
