PEAK Launches VGA RMA Procedure
12th November 2008
PEAKHARDWARE is now implementing a new RMA procedure for PEAK VGA graphics cards. The serial number of the card must now be entered when a user wishes to apply online for RMA and will be checked for its valid warranty period. Only graphics cards with valid warranty status will be authorised for return. Graphics cards that are out of warranty will not be accepted for RMA repair without first contacting us via the new PEAK Member Area section of the website.
Please note that this new requirement applies only to VGA graphic cards; the RMA procedure for all other PEAK products remains unchanged. This change will help both users and PEAKHARDWARE achieve better, smoother RMA transactions.
